Check Out The Huge Lizard A Nigerian Man Killed On His Farm

 

A Nigerian man has shared the picture of the monitor lizard he killed on his fish farm on the social media. According to him, it has been difficult killing the lizard which had terrorized them on the fish farm. 

Monitor lizards are large lizards which belong to genus Varanus and are native to Africa and other continents. This lizard has been found in America as an invasive species. It is carnivorous in nature and feeds on smaller reptiles, fish, birds, and other mammals. Interestingly, their location determinesthe kind of things they feed on as some eat fruits and vegetation. 

 

The huge lizard killed on the fish farm disturbed the peace of the fish community until it was caught and killed. The lizard killer did not stop at killing it and laying the large reptile to a waste. He roasted it on fire and made a meal out of it.
