Boss Jumps From A Balcony In Front Of Shocked Workers At A Meeting

 

A boss went too far after leaping from a balcony in front of shocked staff at a meeting. Workers at Igor Krezic’s software company, in Mostar, southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, thought their boss had jumped to his death.

Mr Krezic, the founder and owner of NSoft, had just finished delivering a stirring speech to employees at the firm’s headquarters.

As his staff looked on, he then turned around and walked outside to the balcony and climbed onto the balustrade.

Concerned employees were just getting to their feet to find out what was going on when Mr Krezic suddenly leapt to what looked like a certain death.

 

Workers started jumping over chairs to get a better view and could be heard screaming on the video footage of the meeting.

Some rushed for the door, thinking they would need to give emergency medical treatment and call paramedics.

But when workers reached the balcony, they looked down to see their grinning boss on an inflatable crash mat that had been placed below while they were at their desks.

 

The laughing Mr Krezik later explained that he had been trying to make a point about ‘political suicide’ to his workforce.
