Barmaid ‘Sacked For Refusing To Wear A BRA’ To Work

Kate Hannah
A barmaid was allegedly sacked after she received an "offensive" comment about her not wearing a bra, she claims.

Kate Hannah, 22, has claimed she was left feeling objectified after an “innapropriate sexual remark” was made about her appearance.

But instead of dealing with the comment, Kate claims she was blamed for not wearing a bra to work.

She also claims she was told that she couldn’t go back to work at the Bird and Beer unless she wore a bra.

Taking to Facebook, Kate took a selfie in her work uniform to blast the decision.

She wrote: “So I’ve just got home after being sacked from my job for refusing to wear a bra.

“Yesterday an inappropriate sexual remark was made to me, by my manager’s brother and in the presence of her. I felt uncomfortable, objectified and shocked that this had happened.
