Teacher Dodges Jail For Second Time In A Month Over Lesbian Affair With Pupil

A teacher accused of having sex with a female pupil in her classroom has dodged jail for the second time in a month. Kimberly Naquin, 27, who romped with the 16-year-old in her flat during their 11 month affair, was given a suspended six month sentence after she admitted having sexual contact with the student.

The brunette daughter of a school board president was put on two years probation and must register as a sex offender for 15 years in a plea deal.

On March 13, she got a suspended five year jail sentence and probation after pleading guilty to having sex with the same girl in a different part of Louisiana, USA.

At Tuesday’s hearing in St. Charles Parish, prosecutor Joel Chaisson said: “I have reviewed all of the evidence in this case and have discussed the resolution of this matter with the family of the victim.

“As a result of my review and those conversations, I have made the determination that the plea agreement reached today serves the interests of justice by bringing this matter to a conclusion after a long and difficult time for the victim, her family and our community.”

At the March hearing in Jefferson Parish, Naquin apologised to the student and her parents, saying: “I betrayed your trust.”

The girl told cops they used a white vibrator during intercourse.

And she gave details about cut marks on Naquin’s thigh “which one would only know if they had seen her in a state of complete undress.”

Naquin was ordered to see a psychiatrist and banned from having contact with the teen for a year at the earlier hearing.

Naquin was the FOURTH teacher to face student-sex charges at Destrehan High School since 2008.
