Ighalo Continues Tough Start In China, Misses Crucial Penalty For New Club...

Changchun Yatai have lost their second game of the Chinese Super League season following a 1-0 loss to Guangzhou R & F FC. Nigerian striker, Odion Ighalo who captained the side, threw away Yatai’s chance to take the lead in the 67th minute as he missed from the penalty spot, three minutes later.

Brazilian midfielder Junior Urso scored the only goal that gave the hosts all three points.

Changchun Yatai dominated play and deserved at least a point from the game but poor conversion in the final third denied them a chance to earn anything.

Yatai are rock bottom of the sixteen team log with no point from two games.
