An independent panel of judges selected a winner during the last week of camp, to receive seed funding of N250,000. The winner of the Lagos leg of the #MakeItHappen competition is Quinnette Edebiri.
Quinnette Edebiri is a graduate of Electrical /Electronic Engineering, University of Benin. In addition to being an engineer, she is a singer, a composer, a writer, a dancer and an instrumentalist who plays four instruments. She is also an actress, an entertainer, a makeup artist, a fashion designer, a music minister and a Tenor player in the Lagos NYSC Band. Quinnette is a certified creative artist and the CEO of Kyu Kulture, a make-up company that specialises in a wide variety of makeovers. She has been publicly recognised as the first individual in Nigeria to delve into realism using a pin painting technique with 14,850 stone beads.
The presentation of the cheque for N250,000 to Quinnette Edebiri, was done by Kabir A. Tijjani, Premium Pension’s Chief Marketing Officer. He was accompanied by Prince U. Uche, Regional Manager, Lagos Mainland, the Lagos State NYSC Coordinator, Prince Mohammed Momoh and representatives of Alder Consulting, Premium Pension’s Brand Consultants.
