Women Waiting To Collect Teenage Daughters At Manchester Arena Both Died In Bombing. Pictured

Two mums who were waiting to pick up their daughters from the Ariana Grande concert both died in the suicide bombing , their families said last night. Alison Howe, 45, and Lisa Lees, 47, from Royton, Oldham, were in the foyer together when the blast went off.

Both were reported missing by concerned family members who appealed for help.

Their daughters, both aged 15, are believed to be safe.

But sadly, Alison's stepson Jordan Howe confirmed her death on Facebook last night.

"They took a caring beautiful mum and step mother away from us all she was amazing to us all x love you loads Alison Howe xx," he wrote.

At around the same time, Lisa's brother Lee Hunter also confirmed her death.

"For those who don’t know Lisa is gone but never, ever forgotten. I love you Lisa I’ll miss you so much," he wrote.

Twenty-two people were killed and 59 injured when terrorist Salman Abedi detonated a bomb as thousands of children and parents left the Manchester Arena on Monday night.
