Carrying a bottle of water, she ran the race in sandals made from recycled tire rubber and a skirt, straying away from traditional running shoes and shorts.
Ramirez, who has no professional training, also wore a hat and scarf during the race.
Though the race was held on April 29, word of Ramirez's win is just starting to spread. She was awarded 6,000 pesos ($320, £250) for her win.
Ramirez, who last year came second in the 100km category of the Caballo Blanco ultramarathon, in Chihuahua.
