Teenage Boy Holds His Semi-decapitated Head After Robbers Tried To Behead Him

A severely mutilated teenager was forced to hold up his semi-decapitated head after he fended off a gang of murderous thugs. Shocking footage captured by Brazilian police appeared to show a man, named Pablo Patrik de Souza, keeping his head upright while talking to officers.

He was reportedly found by emergency services on the roadside in Ponta da Vigia, Penha on Monday as video showed a knife had sliced through his neck, leaving a gaping wound.

Despite being nearly beheaded, the teenager talked to officers who question him about the barbaric gang attack.

He was rushed to hospital where he reportedly underwent life-saving surgery. No further information is known about his condition.

Investigators are hunting the attackers and hope to make arrests.
