Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa and his Counterpart Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki today at the benin city Airport, received the body of the former Military Governor of the defunct Midwestern State and former Civilian Governor of old Bendel State, Dr. Samuel Osaigbovo Ogbemudia who died at 84 years.
